Ed has 30 years in Construction Management including 14 years as the VP of Design and Consulting for major New Jersey Developer, Matrix Development Group.
Initially an operating engineer while serving proudly in the US Navy, Ed eventually gravitated to commercial carpentry as a Foreman in Local Union 15, Hackensack, NJ. Ed attended Newark College of Engineering (Construction Tech Program).
His resume includes more than 25 mil SF of ground up warehousing/distribution facilities and approximately 4 mil SF of office fit out and ground up construction. He has managed budgets from $50K - $75 mil.
His responsibilities ranged from preliminary design development, budgeting value engineering, cost control, fast track scheduling, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
Pete has over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a Project Manager/Project Executive.
Pete’s expertise is on large scale institutional hospitals, office buildings and public parking authorities with a portfolio totaling more than 3 million SF.
Pete has managed and been extensively involved with projects ranging from less than $20K to more than $300M.
Pete also has extensive experience in LEED projects.
